Rendi.”
“Satu sekolah dengan kita?”
“Ga. Dia di SMA 3.”
“Oh, kenal di mana?”
“Teman SMP ku dulu.”
Dia pun berbalik bertanya kepadaku.
“Katanya tadi ga kenal. Tapi berangakat sekolah bareng.”
“Jadi gini, kita tu sering nunggu angkot bareng.

·         Review of the Story          :

I have watched a movie recently. The title is Sixteen Wishes. According to me, it is an interesting film. There is a value can we get from this movie. It is the story:
Desiring to grow up, Abigail “Abby” Louise Jensen has been designing for her sweet sixteenth birthday party since she was a little girl. She has made sixteenth lists that she wants to pursue on her birthday. In the same day, Krista Cook, her schoolmate and neighbour, is same birthday with her. Abby is jealous with Krista’s birthday because she always gets a present that she wants. For her sixteenth, she gets a new car from his parents. It makes Abby jealous.
On her birthday, Abby’s family gives her a surprise in the morning. It makes her annoyed and she thinks that they consider herself like a child. When she will get ready before going to school, an unusual occurrence occurs. Her house is attacked by wasps. An exterminator, Celeste (a peculiar woman), comes and chases away the wasps. Because of that, the Jensen family cannot go back to their house until the wasps exterminated.

Abby is annoyed because her birthday gets trouble. She decides to go to school by wearing pyjamas because it is not possible for her to change her dress. In the bus stop when she waits for school bus, she meets Jay Keppler, her best friend. Jay gives his jacket to Abby and when Abby reaches it, she finds a birthday present for herself. It is a nice necklace with a half of heart saying “Best Friend Forever (BBF).” Next, the bus school comes. Suddenly, there is a woman goes down from the bus – Celeste. She gives present to Abby and says congratulation too. Abby opens it. She gets a box and inside the box, there are a box of candle and a matchbox. In the box, there is a direction. It says that if Abby lights on the candle and says her dream in her lists, it will come true and after midnight all wishes will become permanent. First, she lights on number eight and her wish is she will have her own car preferably red. It comes to her. Then, she tries again and the number is one. The wish is she wants to meet John Lockhon. It is true again. In the beginning it works well; appropriate with her dream. When she tries to light on number 9, people will stop treating her like kid; it makes her life change totally. She is not sixteen anymore, but she is like twenty two years old. Her parents ask her to live alone in apartment and work. It makes her fed up. She tries to convenient others if she is not in twentieth. At that time, she feels regret. She tries to come back to her real life. Fortunately, she can.
After that, she meets Krista and asks her why she is dislike to herself. Krista says that Abby has stolen her best friend, Jay, in their third grade birthday party. Krista was jealous while Abby who made a pact with Jay without her. After giving explanation, Krista forgives Abby. They are friend again. In the last, Jay and Abby are in relationship.
From this film, I get moral value. That is we have to dare to dream. Our dream will bring us to success. People said that a success person is someone who dares to dream. God will show it in many ways. Like as Abby. When she was little girl, she had dream to have a best party ever in her sixteenth. Then, she made lists for pursuing it. Maybe she gets her dreams by magic. However, it signs that dream can come true. According to me, dream can bring us in success is true because I have ever gotten it.
